We’re looking for someone who understands how manufacturing equipment and processes work and enjoys solving problems. If you have the skills to keep our equipment running smoothly, we’d love to have you on our team.\nCompensation depending on experience and placement: $35.92 - $38.13/hour\nSchedule: 12-hour rotating shift schedule, which includes weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Technicians will rotate between day and night shifts during the rotational cycle.\nDay Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM\nNight Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM\nWhat You Will Do\nFollow all plant safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines, while actively engaging in and supporting the facility’s safety programs\nTroubleshoot, repair and maintain industrial equipment\nIdentify root causes and implement long-term solutions\nRead and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals\nConduct routine inspections and perform preventative maintenance to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime\nAccurately document maintenance activities, including labor hours and key findings from preventative maintenance inspections\nStrategically utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)\nUtilize strong diagnostic skills to minimize downtime and improve reliability\nCommitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment\nWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams across operations and other departments to support facility goals and initiatives\nClear communication, both verbally and in writing\nContinuous learning of new technologies and processes\nActively contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency\nWork in a hot, humid, cold, dusty, and noisy industrial environment\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nTwo (2) or more years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, production, military or agricultural environment OR a combination of relevant experience and a maintenance technical degree\nExperience reading and understanding mechanical or electrical drawings/schematics\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nTwo (2) year degree or higher in Electrical/Electronic or Industrial Technology\nExperience in precision alignment, equipment installation, troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems \nExperience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical circuits up to 480 volts. \nExperience diagnosing and repairing bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, conveyors, etc.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
