You will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, suppliers, and other Molex entities to support specifications, cost, delivery, quality, and payment requirements.\nOur Team\nYou will join the DSS Purchasing team at MXHY. The team works closely with internal functions, vendors, suppliers, customers, Molex entities, and relevant local authorities to support business and production needs.\nWhat You Will Do\nManage end-to-end purchases of raw materials, spare parts, and production equipment based on approved requests from internal departments.\nPartner with vendors, suppliers, and Molex entities to align specifications, pricing, lead time, delivery, and payment requirements.\nMonitor supplier inventory, purchasing lead time, and delivery performance, and collaborate on cost-reduction and supplier improvement opportunities.\nCoordinate product testing and evaluation for existing components and purchased goods to confirm specifications, quality, and suitability for business needs.\nUnderstand team goals and contribute to quality, cost, and delivery objectives through effective planning, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination.\nFollow requirements for 6S, Kaizen, EH&S, RBA, social responsibility, and protection of company assets.\nSupport TQM, Six Sigma, ISO, and EH&S management systems by following applicable policies and procedures.\nMaintain clear purchasing records, support internal procedures and standards, and perform other related responsibilities assigned by management.\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nCollege degree or equivalent qualification.\nAt least 3 years of relevant purchasing or procurement experience.\nGood knowledge of manufacturing processes, procurement activities, and supplier coordination.\nAbility to create and follow procedures, processes, standards, and work instructions.\nWorking written and spoken English, with practical work planning, communication, and problem-solving ability.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nDemonstrated proficiency in Excel VBA macros to automate processes, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency.\nChinese language proficiency.\nKnowledge of applicable local and international requirements and experience supporting ISO, CSR, or RBA standards.\nExperience with Kaizen, innovation, continuous improvement, training, coaching, or team leadership in a manufacturing environment.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
