You'll work with external technical experts and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including R&D team to conduct various lab testing and supports for internal and external customers.Youwill work under the guidance of senior engineers and managers and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.\nWhat You Will Do\nBuild and maintain the lab infrastructure for the optical systems\nDevelop and maintain Python-based automation scripts, tools, and frameworks to analyze, monitor, and troubleshoot network systems.\nExecute the system-level test plans, ensuring robustness and compliance with specifications\nDevelop operational improvements in change management, workflows, and day-to-day processes.\nDocument and share best practices, troubleshooting guides, and lessons learned to improve test plan execution and overall process\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, ECE, or a related technical discipline\nStrong programming skills in Python\nBasic understanding of AI tools and AI agents, and data analysis, statistical concepts\nAbility to work with experimental data and draw meaningful conclusions\nWrite and execute test plans, automation frameworks, and validation procedures\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nGraduate student (Master or Ph.D.) preferred\nStrong understanding of optical link budgets, signal integrity, and performance optimization in high-speed networks\nInterest in optical systems, or hardware-related applications\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nBilingual with Mandarin\nFor this role, we anticipate paying $36-$40 per hour.
