In this position, they will be collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive global packaging excellence\nOur Team\n\nYou will be part of the Global Packaging team within the Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence unit at Molex, Bengaluru.\nWhat You Will Do\n\nDrive global packaging optimization, damage reduction, and VAVE initiatives across Molex plants and acquisitions, delivering packaging cost savings through optimization, redesign, standardization, and material substitution.\nEnsure packaging materials and designs comply with international packaging regulations and standards.\nServe as the subject matter expert (SME) for global packaging Optimization\nLead packaging market benchmarking and should-cost analysis to support sourcing and supplier negotiations.\nContinuous packaging improvements and market best practice bench marking\nAnalyze packaging spend, pricing, and consumption data to identify strategic cost reduction opportunities.\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\n\n Bachelor’s / master’s degree in Packaging Engineering.\n3 to 5 years of experience with Packaging development, Improvement, Innovation, Validation, returnable packaging, sustainability, Optimization and problem solving.\nStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred) for data analysis and reporting.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\n\nExposure to packaging design and visualization tools such as ArtiosCAD, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Esko Suite, or similar packaging development software.\nExperience in packaging cost savings, should-cost modeling, and packaging market benchmarking.\nStrong knowledge of industrial packaging materials, packaging manufacturing processes, and global supplier markets.\nExperience with packaging testing, ISTA standards, and package validation methodologies will be an added advantage.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
