You will analyze payroll information, identify and resolve variances, strengthen controls, and collaborate across functions to support labor, tax, and social security compliance.\nOur Team\nYou will be part of the Payroll team and collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, Tax, Benefits, site leaders, and external service providers. The team supports processes across one or more legal entities, business units, and payroll frequencies, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.\nWhat You Will Do\nExecute accurate and timely weekly and biweekly payrolls for assigned employee populations, legal entities, and business units.\nValidate payroll inputs, employee data, time and attendance records, earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits; investigate and resolve exceptions before payroll close.\nProcess special and annual payroll activities, including terminations, severance, profit sharing, Christmas bonus, savings fund, food vouchers, and applicable year-end adjustments.\nComplete payroll, tax, payment, and accounting reconciliations; prepare accruals and journal entries and support monthly close activities.\nSupport compliance with applicable payroll, labor, tax, and social security requirements, including SAT, payroll CFDI, ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT.\nPartner with Human Resources, Finance, Tax, Benefits, site teams, and external providers to resolve payroll matters, support audits, strengthen controls, and improve payroll processes and systems.\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nHands-on experience with complex, end-to-end payroll processing in Mexico.\nWorking knowledge of payroll calculations, taxes, benefits, Mexican labor requirements, and social security obligations.\nExperience using Microsoft Excel to analyze information, complete reconciliations, and work with datasets using formulas, filters, lookups, and pivot tables.\nExperience using payroll or time-and-attendance system such as Eslabón, Kronos, SAP, TREES or RH7, or equivalent.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.\nExperience processing payroll for 500+ employees.\nExperience with IDSEcloud.\nIntermediate or advanced English proficiency.\nExperience with reconciliations, monthly close, accruals, and accounting integrations.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
