By focusing on long-term value creation, we promote a challenging and rewarding environment for our professional and highly respected employees.\nWhat You Will Do\nChampion the PBM philosophy to develop the capability of the operations team.\nDrive culture within the team through Principled Based Management (PBM) philosophy.\nMonitoring plant parameters and identifying opportunities for correction and improvement.\nLeveraging technology any systems to gather and interpret critical data points.\nAssisting with permitting plans, daily LOTO (Lock Out / Tag Out) plans, daily schedule updates, updating operating procedures.\nDevelop and maintain operations excellence and process optimization of the plant, process safety, personal safety, environmental compliance, product quality and other applicable areas of compliance\nAssist with diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment and process related issues.\nOpportunity to build skills with process engineers and maintenance teams.\nPerforming minor maintenance on equipment.\nPhysical Requirements:\nWork at heights up to 100 feet, climb stairs/ladders, lift and carry up to 50 lbs., push and pull up to 150 lbs. and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in designated areas.\nRequired to wear any or all of the following PPE: Full face respirator, hard hat, steel toed or safety footwear for given conditions, safety glasses, flame retardant long sleeve shift and pants, leather gloves, positive and negative respirators, chemical and rain suits, gloves and safety harness when applicable.\nWork in hot, cold and inclement climate conditions\nClimb stairs, ladders, ladders on vessels and columns, ladders associated with scaffolds in excess of 160 feet \nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nWilling and able to meet the physical requirements listed in the job description.\nWork a rotating 12-hour shift including weekends, holidays, overtime, and callouts.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience in a process or manufacturing plant.\nExperience or knowledge with DCS, PLC or SCADA controls.\nThis role is subject to a pre-hire medical test.\nThis position does not qualify for VISA Sponsorship.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
