Take part of defect analysis, abnormality report, follow up actions, customer complain and claim, sorting, PFMEA.\n 6.\n Verify quality risks related to 4M in process.\n 7.\n Clearly understand self’s and section’s goals to make contribution to obtain quality and delivery goals. Lead or participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives.\n Be accountable for the compliance to rules, procedures and requirement in terms of:\n 7S & KAIZEN\nEnvironmental Health Safety\nRBA & Social Responsibility\nProtection of company assets\n 8.\n Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.\n 09.\n Establish the system to support quality KPI tracking and improvement (8D system, Abnormality handling system, training…) based on power BI, SharePoint or the other platform.And customer audit.\n\nEDUCATION:\n REQUIRED:\n ·College\n PREFERRED:\n ·Mechanical or Electrical Engineering\n WORK EXPERIENCE:\n REQUIRED:\n ·At least 3 years experiences in manufacturing companies\n SKILLS & ABILITIES:\n REQUIRED:\n Proven experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing environment.\nStrong knowledge of quality control principles, statistical analysis, and problem-solving techniques focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement and tools (e.g., \nLean, Six Sigma). \nStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, methodologies, and tools. \nAble to understand and use the engineer drawing.\nAble to use the measurement equipment or testing equipment. \nHave the on-job Training, Coaching skills and Basic management & Kaizen.
