# Process Engineer

Your Job Our Caldwell, Idaho manufacturing facility is currently seeking qualified individuals for our Process Engineer position. This role has the primary responsibility of developing, improving, and optimizing manufacturing processes, equipment and tooling for new and existing fiber optic assembly products. Our Team Phillips-Medisize, a Molex company, is an end-to-end provider of design, development, and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics, medical device, and life sciences industries. Our IVD and Life Sciences segment partners with customers to bring highly engineered, regulated products from early concept through development, industrialization, launch, and lifecycle management. What You Will Do Develop, modify, and validate manufacturing processes for new and existing products. Design, automate, and validate jigs, tools, and fixtures for production use. Train production personnel in new techniques, processes, and technologies. Troubleshoot product designs and assembly methods. Troubleshoot equipment and resolve mechanical or process issues within assigned responsibilities. Diagnose operational problems hands-on, make adjustments, replace components,
