# Process & Qualification Engineer

Your Job We are looking for an experienced Israeli-based process and qualification engineer to relocate to X-FAB Germany and lead the technical path from installed tools to a certified, high-yield production line. You will work with the local XFAB team to qualify tools and process segments, prove the line is ready for production, match tools to one another, certify the product, and drive yield improvement at each ramp step toward 8,000 optical plate wafers per month. You will workday to day with Molex engineering, X-FAB engineers and operations and tool vendors, and in close coordination with the Molex site engineer responsible for facility, layout and installation.
