The PPM Operations Product Owner leads the strategy, adoption, and continual improvement of the Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) Operations toolset within Molex’s Digital organization. Currently Molex leverages ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Performance Analytics (PA), and VividCharts, along with ScribeHow.

Acting as the product owner and primary subject-matter expert, this role drives data-driven portfolio and resource reporting, manages operational resource planning, and enables stakeholders across Molex through training, platform support, and best-practice governance.

The role partners closely with the PPM Operations leadership, key business stakeholders (project and portfolio managers), Koch Global Solutions (KGS)/Koch Technology (KT), PPM system architects, platform administrators, and solution developers to align the PPM tool and product enhancements with organizational vision and strategy.

Our Team

The PPM Operations Product Owner will be working in the Project and Portfolio Management Operations Team within the Digital Business Operations Team. This is part of the Digital Organization at Molex supporting the Chief Information Officer.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

·Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field with 5-7 years of experience in product ownership, portfolio/project management operations, or a related discipline

·Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM and/or Performance Analytics, including reporting and dashboard development

·Hands-on experience with home grown Project Portfolio Management solutions and product management for a home-grown vibe coded solution.

·Demonstrated product-owner skills: backlog management, roadmap development, and stakeholder prioritization in an Agile environment

·Strong data and analytics capability, including building dashboards and reports

·Excellent communication, training, and enablement skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for diverse audiences

·Proven ability to partner across cross-functional and cross-company teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders

What Will Put You Ahead

·Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

·ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

·Experience working with AI teams on translating requirements for vibe coded applications

·Experience with VividCharts, ScribeHow, and/or Snowflake

·Experience operating within a shared/multi-company platform governance model

·Experience working in a decentralized, matrix environment
