This role will oversee daily fiber-optic assembly operations to meet production and delivery goals while ensuring quality, safety, and process compliance. With a presence in more than 40 countries, Molex offers a full suite of solutions and services for many markets, including data communications, consumer electronics, industrial, automotive, commercial vehicle and medical.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nLead daily fiber-optic assembly operations, ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and customer delivery commitments are achieved safely and efficiently.\n\nCoordinate team priorities, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize workflow, maximize productivity, and support changing business needs.\n\nMonitor production performance and drive resolution of operational challenges, proactively identifying opportunities to improve throughput, quality, and overall effectiveness.\n\nChampion a culture of quality by ensuring compliance with Molex standards, work instructions, ISO requirements, and documentation practices.\n\nServe as the primary escalation point for production and quality concerns, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.\n\nDevelop team capability through training, coaching, and mentoring, fostering a high-performing environment built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.\n\nCollaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to support operational goals, equipment readiness, and successful execution of production priorities.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives, new product introductions, and process enhancements that improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.\n\nPromote a safe and compliant work environment by reinforcing EHS requirements, safe work practices, proper PPE use, and ergonomic standards.\n\nEmpower team members to identify opportunities, solve problems, and contribute ideas that strengthen operational performance and drive business results.\n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\n\nExperience mentoring, guiding, or leading peers in a production setting\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\n\nPrior experience in fiber optic manufacturing environments\nExperience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing or operations environment\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)\nExperience with timekeeping systems or production scheduling management\n\nThis position is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship. \n\nIn order to comply with U.S. export control laws and regulations, this position requires applicants to either provide proof of U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status or be eligible to receive an export authorization (a license) under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export AdministrationRegulations.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
