With a presence in more than 40 countries, Molex offers a full suite of solutions and services for many markets, including data communications, consumer electronics, industrial, automotive, commercial vehicle and medical.\nWhat You Will Do\nPrepare and manage shift schedules to coordinate manufacturing activities effectively.\nMonitor production KPIs and adjust staffing or workflow to meet targets without compromising quality or safety.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and implement process improvements.\nDirect and oversee employee activities, including approval of work schedules, overtime, and vacation requests.\nReview and approve work instructions; ensure all employees receive adequate training on procedures and techniques.\nMonitor and evaluate the performance of direct reports; provide recognition, coaching, performance evaluations, and corrective counseling as necessary.\nEnsure the safe and proper operation of machines and equipment.\nDevelop, update, and enforce standard work practices to maintain compliance.\nAnalyze production and operational reports to address and resolve manufacturing and maintenance issues efficiently, minimizing costs and delays.\nLead initiatives for continuous improvement, cost reduction, quality enhancement, and lean manufacturing practices.\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\n2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing or technical environment\n1+ year of leadership or management experience\nDemonstrated experience in analyzing key manufacturing metrics and applying standardized production processes in a manufacturing environment.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.\nExperience in electronics or high-tech manufacturing.\nFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.\nExperience using ERP systems and production tracking tools.\n\nThis position is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship. \n\nIn order to comply with U.S. export control laws and regulations, this position requires applicants to either provide proof of U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status or be eligible to receive an export authorization (a license) under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export AdministrationRegulations.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
