Our team works closely across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and other functions to successfully bring new production capabilities online and deliver quality products to a diverse, global customer base.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead and engage a team of hourly production employees, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency\nSupport the startup and operational readiness of the new manufacturing facility, including implementation of production processes, workflows, and operating standards\nPartner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and other teams to support equipment installation, production readiness, and process implementation\nHelp establish effective shop-floor routines, standard work, training, and performance expectations as operations ramp up\nFoster a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the production floor\nMonitor production KPIs and adjust staffing or workflow to meet targets without compromising quality or safety\nProvide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members to drive skill development and engagement\nIdentify and resolve production challenges during startup and ongoing operations while driving sustainable process improvements\nEnsure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nHigh school diploma or GED\n2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment\n1+ year of experience in a leadership, supervisory, or team lead role\nWorking knowledge of manufacturing metrics and production processes\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field\nExperience supporting a new facility startup, manufacturing expansion, production transfer, or production ramp-up\nExperience in electronics or high-tech manufacturing\nFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies\nExperience implementing or improving standard work, manufacturing processes, or production workflows\nExperience using ERP systems and production tracking tools\nStrong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills\n\nWho We Are\nAerospace & Defense Solutions (ADS)\nMolex's Aerospace & Defense Solutions (ADS) Division delivers mission-critical connectivity, signal technologies, and electronic solutions designed for the most demanding environments.
