In this role, you will be responsible for developing employees, driving accountability, supporting daily operations, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. We are looking for a strong people leader who can build trust, develop talent, and help teams achieve results.\n2nd Shift: Monday-Friday (3pm-11pm)\n\nWhat You Will Do\nLead, coach, and develop a team of production employees while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning\n\nDrive daily operational performance by monitoring key metrics related to safety, quality, productivity, and delivery\n\nConduct daily team huddles and communicate expectations, priorities, and performance goals\n\nPartner with employees to identify opportunities for improvement and remove barriers to success\n\nSupport employee development through coaching, training, performance feedback, and recognition\n\nPromote and reinforce safe work practices while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Operations to resolve issues and improve performance\n\nUtilize structured problem-solving methods to address production challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives\n\nEnsure staffing levels, work assignments, and resources are aligned with business needs\n\nMaintain accurate documentation and reporting related to production performance, employee development, and operational activities\n\nSupport Molex's Quality and Environmental Management Systems through adherence to established policies and procedures\n\n Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nExperience leading, supervising, coaching, or developing employees\n\nExperience driving accountability, managing performance, and leading teams toward operational goals.\n\nExperience communicating and collaborating with employees, customers, suppliers, or cross-functional teams to resolve issues and achieve business objectives\n\nExperience prioritizing multiple responsibilities, adapting to changing priorities, and making decisions in a fast-paced work environment\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience leading teams within a manufacturing or production environment\n\nExperience managing daily operations through KPIs, visual management systems, and performance metrics\n\nKnowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen\n\nExperience supporting employee training, onboarding, and development initiatives\n\nExperience leading teams of 15+ employees\n\nKnowledge of safety, quality, and operational excellence principles\n\n At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
