This role operates at the center of cross-functional collaboration, connecting commercial teams, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure programs deliver predictable results as the business scales.\n Location: This is an onsite role based at our headquarters in Lisle, IL.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nConvert customer strategic priorities into clear program plans, milestones, and deliverables\nDefine scope, program objectives, and expected outcomes in collaboration with engineering, operations, and commercial teams\nAlign stakeholders on program priorities and desired end state\nCoordinate execution across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams\nEnsure clear ownership of workstreams, deliverables, and dependencies\nFacilitate collaboration across internal teams and external customer stakeholders\nIdentify program risks, resource gaps, and execution constraints before they impact delivery\nMonitor program health and proactively escalate issues when trade-offs or leadership decisions are required\nEnsure teams have visibility into program status, dependencies, and capacity challenges\nMaintain clear visibility into program milestones, scope changes, and delivery expectations\nEnsure stakeholders have accurate, timely insight into progress, risks, and program health\nEnable teams to make informed decisions by providing structured program updates and insights\nFacilitate discussions that clarify priorities and trade-offs across teams\nDrive resolution when competing priorities, scope changes, or resource conflicts arise\nEnsure decisions are communicated clearly and execution remains aligned\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\n\n5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs or product development initiatives\nExperience managing programs within engineering, manufacturing, or product development environments\nExperience influencing and coordinating work across engineering, operations, and commercial teams\nStrong organization and communication skills\nExperience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nExperience working with global teams and complex stakeholder networks\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities\nDemonstrated ability to anticipate risks and navigate ambiguity\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nPMP Certified\nMBA or Masters Degree in a related field\nExperience working with Tier 1 and/or hyperscale customers\nExperience managing direct reports\nChange management experience\nPrevious experience in a sales, product development, or engineering role\nFor this role, we anticipate paying $130,000 - $170,000 per year.
