This role requires a strategic leader who can proactively identify risks, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure robust quality systems are embedded throughout the product lifecycle.\nYou will serve as the key quality representative across engineering, manufacturing, supplier quality, operations, and customer-facing teams, leading New Product Introduction (NPI) and quality improvement initiatives from concept through production launch. By establishing strong quality planning, risk management, and execution discipline, you will ensure products meet customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and Molex quality standards.\nSuccess in this role is measured not only by delivering projects on time but also by achieving sustainable quality performance, minimizing launch risks, driving continuous improvement, and building resilient products and manufacturing processes that support long-term business success.\nThrough effective project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision making, you will champion a culture of quality excellence while balancing technical performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.\nOur Team\nAdvanced Quality Planning (AQP)\nWhat You Will Do\n1. Serve as the Voice of the Customer and Quality Leader\nAct as the bridge between customer requirements, business objectives, and technical execution. Drive alignment across Program Management (PM), Project Management (PJM), Manufacturing Engineering (MIE), Product Design, Process Engineering (PE), Operations, and Quality teams to ensure customer expectations, quality objectives, and project deliverables are achieved throughout the product lifecycle.\n2. Lead Risk Management and Project Readiness\nChampion proactive, risk-based decision making by leveraging tools such as DfM/A, D/PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and project risk assessments. Challenge assumptions, facilitate cross-functional problem solving, and ensure risks are identified, mitigated, and communicated before they impact project success.\n3. Drive Successful NPI and Business Objectives\nLead cross-functional teams within the Copper Solutions Business Unit (CSBU) to deliver New Product Introduction (NPI) projects on time, within scope, and aligned with quality, cost, and customer requirements. Monitor project health and ensure launch readiness across all key milestones.\n4. Govern Product Development Execution\nGuide teams through Molex's Product Development Process (PDP), ensure project deliverables, quality gates, and business requirements are completed effectively. Drive disciplined execution to prevent issues, improve predictability, and establish scalable best practices.\n5. Ensure Qualification and Compliance Success\nOversee product qualification activities and documentation, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve timely approvals, customer acceptance, and regulatory compliance without unnecessary delays or rework.\n6. Lead Quality and Process Assurance Activities\nFacilitate NPI audits, project reviews, and readiness assessments. Ensure identified gaps are addressed with effective corrective actions and verified closure to support robust product and process performance. Tracking Advanced Quality Team Project KPI with Cross functional team PM, TPM, PJM.\n7. Drive Cost, Quality, and Business Performance\nMonitor and reduce Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) throughout the product lifecycle. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities that enhance customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall profitability.\n8. Strengthen Project and Quality Management Excellence\nContinuously improve project management methodologies, quality processes, reporting systems, and governance practices. Implement lessons learned and best practices to improve execution effectiveness across the organization.\n9. Lead Through Influence and Collaboration\nFoster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Build strong relationships across functional teams and create alignment toward common project and business objectives.\n10. Apply economic and strategic thinking to balance technical requirements, quality expectations, business priorities, and customer needs while driving sustainable results.\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\n1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.\n2. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Product Development, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.\n3. Skilled in problem solving tools: SPC, PDCA, 3-Legged 5 Why, Shainin, Ishikawa, and MSA (experience with Minitab a plus).\n4.Experience in Liquid Cooling, Air Cooling, Radio Frequency Cable and a Connector is a plus.\n5.
