This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating complex technical work, partnering with engineering teams, and keeping fast moving projects on track.\nIn this role, you’ll help manage product development schedules, prototype build readiness, coordinate lab resources, track samples and equipment, and support multi phase lab infrastructure improvements. You’ll be getting in on a booming sector inside Molex as part of a team building the infrastructure and processes that enable firmware programming, design, validation and product testing. This position is for someone who enjoys project management but is also looking for hands on experience with hardware, firmware, networking, and lab operations.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nProject Coordination & Scheduling \nCoordinate development sprints for our production platforms, schedules, and cross team deliverables. \nCoordinate with peer managers across multiple locations and teams to ensure equipment, laboratory resources, and software are prepared for prototype builds \nCoordinate engineering actions through our product development process. Track milestones and ensure alignment across engineering, lab operations, and manufacturing partners. \nLab & Equipment Logistics \nTrack equipment and sample shipments between lab locations and production sites. \nCoordinate equipment logistics to ensure availability for testing and debugging. \nCross-Functional Support \nHelp resolve operational barriers and escalate technical issues to engineering leads. \nFacilitate communication between engineering, lab teams, and customer facing groups. \nMaintain documentation, track risks, and support reporting. \nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, project management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). \nExperience managing multiple priorities. \nInterest in hardware, firmware, networking, or lab environments. \nClear communicator who enjoys working with cross functional teams. \nSelf starter who thrives in a fast paced, technical environment. \nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS project, etc.). \nExposure to engineering labs, equipment logistics, or sample tracking. \nFamiliarity with basic data analysis or reporting. \nDesire to grow into a Technical Program Manager role. \nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
