Demonstrated experience successfully coordinating or managing projects may substitute for formal project-management certification.\n Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills and above-average proficiency in English\n Prior connector, interconnect, or RF interconnect experience is not required but is considered a plus. \n Experience working with global or geographically dispersed teams is preferred, including the ability to communicate and coordinate effectively across different functions, cultures, and time zones.\n Proficiency with standard business tools, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams\n Proficiency with Microsoft Project is required, including the ability to create, maintain, and manage project schedules, milestones, predecessors, and critical-path activities.\n What Will Put You Ahead\n-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
