Backed by the resources of Koch Industries, KSPS delivers exceptional service, expertise, and reliability to meet the unique needs of its clients.\n\nWhat You Will Do\n\nKey Responsibilities\n Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules and look-ahead plans.\n Lead planning and coordination meetings with field leadership and project stakeholders.\n Monitor project progress, identify schedule risks, and implement recovery strategies.\n Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractor activities to support project goals.\n Provide schedule forecasting, progress reporting, and productivity analysis.\n Serve as the primary liaison between field operations, project management, and client representatives.\n Support change management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution to maintain project performance.\n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\n\n High School Diploma or equivalent.\n 3+ years of planning/scheduling experience in an industrial environment.\n Minimum 1 year of experience using Prometheus planning software.\n 3+ years of industrial plant experience.\n Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and develop project scopes and schedules.\n Experience with business systems such as MS Office, SAP, Oracle Primavera P6, or similar.\n Familiarity with piping systems, valves, heat exchangers, and mass transfer equipment.\n Ability to meet all site access and training requirements.\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\n5+ years of industrial plant and turnaround planning experience.\nExperience with piping, heaters, and specialty welding projects.\nForeman-level or higher field leadership experience.\nQA/QC experience with knowledge of piping specifications.\nWorking knowledge of lifting and rigging procedures.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
