In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and internal quality processes while driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.\nOur Team\nOur team is responsible for maintaining and enhancing quality systems that support manufacturing operations, customer satisfaction, and business growth. We collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Customer Quality functions to ensure compliance, promote best practices, and drive sustainable improvements throughout the organization.\nWhat You Will Do\nMaintain and improve the site's Quality Management System (QMS).\nSupport internal, external, and customer audits.\nEnsure compliance with applicable ISO standards and customer requirements.\nLead and facilitate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).\nDrive root cause investigations and problem-solving activities.\nPartner with manufacturing and engineering teams to implement quality improvements.\nSupport customer complaint investigations and resolution activities.\nMonitor quality metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.\nPromote compliance with ESD and quality system requirements across the organization.\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.\nExperience working within a Quality Management System (QMS) environment.\nExperience supporting internal and external audits.\nKnowledge of ISO standards and quality system requirements.\nExperience utilizing problem-solving methodologies and root cause analysis tools.\nEffective communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple functions.\nAdvanced English proficiency.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience in the electronics manufacturing industry.\nExperience supporting customer quality activities and complaint resolution.\nKnowledge of ESD requirements and controls.\nExperience leading quality improvement initiatives.\nExperience with optical products, fiber optics, or transceivers.\nPrevious leadership or team coordination experience.\nWho We Are\nAs a Koch company, Molex is a leading supplier of connectors and interconnect components, driving innovation in electronics and supporting industries from automotive to health care and consumer to data communications.
