Our team supports manufacturing operations through data-driven decision making, structured problem solving, and continuous improvement initiatives that uphold Molex Aerospace & Defense Solutions' commitment to operational excellence and customer value creation.\nWhat You Will Do\nDesign, implement, and maintain systems to monitor, analyze, and improve product and process quality performance\nLead investigations into product, process, and customer quality issues using structured root cause analysis methodologies\nDevelop and maintain quality plans, inspection methods, control plans, and quality metrics\nAnalyze statistical process data and quality trends to identify risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives\nSupport and lead Material Review Board (MRB) activities, including defect evaluation and disposition recommendations\nPartner with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve process capability and product reliability\nEvaluate measurement systems and ensure appropriate calibration, validation, and effectiveness of inspection and test equipment\nSupport internal, customer, and third-party audits while ensuring compliance with quality management system requirements\nDrive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address nonconformances and systemic quality concerns\nSupport new product introductions, process changes, and validation activities to ensure quality requirements are effectively implemented\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline\nThree (3) or more years of Quality Engineering experience within a manufacturing environment\nExperience utilizing quality tools and methodologies such as root cause analysis, FMEA, control plans, SPC, and CAPA\nExperience interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation\nStrong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving capabilities\nAbility to communicate technical findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership\nExperience working within regulated manufacturing environments and quality management systems\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and quality-related data analysis tools\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nAerospace, defense, electronics, or high-reliability manufacturing experience\nExperience working within AS9100, ISO 9001, or similar quality management systems\nCertified Quality Engineer (CQE) or other ASQ certification\nExperience leading customer quality investigations and corrective action responses\nKnowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), PPAP, MSA, and statistical process control methodologies\nExperience supporting supplier quality initiatives and supplier corrective action processes\nFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies\nExperience analyzing complex manufacturing processes through advanced statistical techniques and data analytics\nDemonstrated success leading cross-functional quality improvement projects that deliver measurable business results\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
