Our Maumelle, Arkansas facility is seeking a Quality Engineer to support manufacturing of forming, plating, injection molding, and assembly production processes.\nOur Team\nYou will work with a diverse team of Quality, Manufacturing Engineering and production departments to collaborate to escalate and lead support / resolution of quality issues and continuous improvement practices.\nWhat You Will Do\nUse quality tools to implement improvements including: process flowcharting, Pareto analysis, correlation and regression analysis, significance tests, design of experiments, statistical process control, gauge repeatability and reproducibility, and trend analysis techniques\n\nAssist the development of essential QMS deliverables/Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) including, but not limited to: complaint analysis, risk analysis, failure mode and effects analysis, CAPA, and process/equipment/software verification / validation\n\nMonitor production processes and products for adherence to company and regulatory standards and practices\n\nParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and projects\n\nPerform quality reviews and internal audits; evaluate data and write reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards\n\nReview and approve change requests\n\nFacilitate communication between engineering, manufacturing, and quality functions\n\nResponsible for being a communication liaison between the customer and manufacturing facility\n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nSTEM Degree and/ or 4+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment\n\nExperience with root cause analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)\n\nLegal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a VISA transfer or VISA sponsorship\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nAuditing experience\n\nOne year of quality experience\n\nExperience working with an ERP system (SAP)\n\nExperience working in a Medical Manufacturing Environment (ISO 13485:2016, CFR Part 820)\n\nThis role is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
