We provide complete solutionfor power distribution systems with 51 years of manufacturing excellence -copper and aluminum busbars, insulated and laminated busbars, flexible busbarsand related products.\nWhat You Will Do\nResponsible to conductprocess audits and product inspections to ensure quality requirements are being followed.\nProvide production operators with guidance on quality acceptance criteria.\nReview line rejections and document NCM’s.\nAid in the investigation of root causes of line rejections.\nMeasure parts and collect data for CPK, GR&R, First Article, PPAPs.\nCommunicate quality alerts to the production areas and execute containment actions.\nTrain production operators in the correct use of gages and correct filling of quality records.\nEnsure test equipment is calibrated and working correctly.\nIssue Certificates of Compliance.\nSort/inspect parts as needed.\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nA minimum of 2 years of quality or manufacturing experience\nExperience inspecting products or auditing processes\nAbility to interpret specifications and drawings\nExperience using calipers, height gages, optical comparator\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\n2+ years related experience as quality technician\nSome college or technical training preferred\nVirtekand CMM is a plus\nBasic GD&T\nAnalytical, team player, hands-on\nMicrosoft systems (Excel, Word, and Outlook)\nThis position does not qualify for VISA Sponsorship\nIn order tocomply with U.S. export control laws and regulations, this position requires applicants to either provide proof of U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status or be eligible to receive an export authorization (a license) under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations.\n\nFor this role, we anticipate paying $24 to $27 per hour. \nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
