Our commitment to continuous improvement and collaboration is the cornerstone of our ability to build a diverse and dynamic workforce that propels Koch forward.\nWhat You Will Do\nSchedule onsite and virtual interviews, pre and post interview meetings, and strategy calls for the Molex recruitment team - roles and hiring teams supported will range from entry level to Sr. leader roles.\nOwn and execute all post-offer and pre-hire processes (background checks, documentation, i-9 coordination, and other business-specific items)\nCoordinate travel arrangements and submission of expense reports as needed.\nManages priorities effectively - based on business need, value and opportunity cost.\nCreate a brand-worthy, inclusive candidate experience that helps us attract talent, making Koch a preferred employers to our candidates.\nAct as main point of contact for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process as it relates to scheduling and post offer processes.\nBuild, communicate and execute effective processes to ensure the best-in-class recruitment experience for internal and external candidates and hiring teams.\nContinually learn about the business and recruiting and knowledge share with others to transform and problem solve using technology and process improvements.\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nExperience managing different priorities and adjusting based on business need\nExperience effectively communicating, both written and verbally, across various levels of an organization.\nExperience working in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook scheduling and email communications, Word document creation/editing and PowerPoint presentation creation/editing).\nExperience utilizing AI within recruiting processes or recruitment tools that leverage automation technology to enhance process\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nDesire to pursue a career in the recruiting field.\nExperience scheduling complex meetings across different time zones with multiple attendees.\nExperience working closely with senior leaders.\nExperience supporting and collaborating with virtual teams across multiple time zones.\nPassion in process improvements and driving/influencing change.\nExperience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS), CRM or other HR systems.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
