The team partners closely with stakeholders, architects, and developers to support digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement across the organization.\nWhat You Will Do\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flow technologies.\nDeliver scalable and reusable platform capabilities that enhance user experience and support business objectives.\nDevelop and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using APIs, platform events, and middleware technologies.\nConfigure and enhance Salesforce platform capabilities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.\nBuild secure, maintainable, and high-performing solutions that align with Salesforce development best practices.\nSupport application stability through root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous performance improvements.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions, estimate work, and deliver value in an Agile environment.\nContribute to development standards, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the Salesforce team.\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nExperience developing custom Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).\nExperience utilizing Salesforce Flow and other declarative automation capabilities.\nExperience working with Salesforce data models, security architecture, sharing models, and governor limits.\nExperience developing and supporting REST and/or SOAP-based integrations with external systems.\nExperience using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to develop user-facing solutions.\nExperience supporting application deployments, release management activities, and source control processes.\nExperience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within Salesforce environments.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience developing asynchronous processing solutions using Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, or Future methods.\nExperience migrating Aura components to Lightning Web Components (LWC).\nExperience implementing CI/CD practices using GitHub Actions, Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DevOps Center.\nExperience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using MuleSoft or similar middleware platforms.\nExperience applying Salesforce security best practices, including CRUD/FLS enforcement, sharing strategies, and secure coding practices.\nSalesforce Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II certification.\nExperience mentoring developers and contributing to technical standards and best practices.\nExperience creating technical design documentation and working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
