In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders and global technology teams to deliver scalable solutions, resolve complex business challenges and support key enhancements and transformation initiatives.\n\nOur Team\nYou will be part of the Georgia-Pacific Building Products IT organisation and work within the Order-to-Cash team. The team collaborates closely with business subject-matter experts and SAP functional and technical resources to support business operations, enhancements and strategic projects.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nDesign, configure and enhance SAP Order-to-Cash solutions across SAP S/4HANA, Fiori and integrated applications\nPartner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective functional and technical solutions\nAnalyse complex business challenges and recommend solutions aligned with broader business strategies\nSupport SAP upgrades, enhancements, implementations and future technology initiatives\nDrive solution delivery across requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, implementation and post-production support\nTroubleshoot SAP OTC issues and support users with business-critical incidents and day-to-day requirements\nDevelop functional specifications, configuration documents, test plans and solution documentation\nPerform unit and integration testing and coordinate user acceptance testing\nCollaborate with SAP functional, technical and integration teams across a global delivery model\nParticipate in the on-call support rotation and demonstrate ownership, proactive communication and continuous learning\n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\n8+ years of experience working with SAP Order to Cash\nExperience designing, configuring and implementing SAP OTC solutions\nHands-on configuration experience in contracts, order management, pricing, billing, advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP), EDI and master data\nExperience supporting at least one end-to-end SAP implementation\nKnowledge of Order-to-Cash business processes and integration with external applications\nExperience analysing and troubleshooting SAP OTC-related issues\nWritten and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to business users\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience with ORTEC solutions\nExperience with SAP Vistex or rebate management\nSAP ABAP troubleshooting and debugging knowledge\nExperience in the consumer products or process manufacturing industry\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
