You will partner with business and technology teams to translate complex supply-chain requirements into scalable solutions, improve existing capabilities and support SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.\n\nOur Team\nYou will join the global Supply Chain Management technology team at Koch Capability Center and collaborate with functional and technical partners across Koch. This role is aligned with the Georgia-Pacific Building Products business and will contribute to the development and support of innovative SAP solutions.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nDesign and deliver SAP Production Planning and Integrated Business Planning solutions that improve manufacturing and supply-chain processes\nPartner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify opportunities and translate business needs into effective SAP solutions\nConfigure and enhance SAP capabilities across master data, material requirements planning, demand planning, capacity planning and production-order management\nConfigure and enhance SAP capabilities across master data, material requirements planning, demand planning, capacity planning and production-order management\nEnable effective integration between SAP PP and IBP and related capabilities, including Materials Management, Finance and Controlling, Extended Warehouse Management, Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling, and manufacturing execution systems\nDevelop functional specifications and collaborate with technical resources to deliver enhancements, integrations and WRICEF objects\nDevelop and execute unit and integration testing, coordinate user acceptance testing and support successful solution deployment\nResolve production issues through root-cause and impact analysis while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement\nFacilitate workshops, fit-to-standard discussions and solution reviews with business subject-matter experts and technology partners\nDevelop solution documentation, share knowledge and provide training that enables users and support teams to adopt new capabilities effectively\n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nExperience implementing, configuring or supporting SAP Production Planning and Integrated Business Planning solutions\nExperience working with discrete manufacturing and process manufacturing business processes\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA, including production planning, inventory management and manufacturing-related processes\nExperience integrating SAP Production Planning with one or more related SAP capabilities, such as Materials Management, Finance and Controlling, Extended\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience leading or contributing to full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or upgrade programmes\nExperience with SAP Fiori applications and SAP Activate methodology\nExperience integrating SAP with manufacturing execution systems\nExperience creating functional specifications for WRICEF objects and reviewing associated technical designs\nExperience facilitating discovery workshops, gap assessments and fit-to-standard sessions\nExperience providing post-go-live support, delivering end-user training or mentoring SAP consultants\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
