This position will generate and maintainschedules for a portfolio of Solar projects, while working closely with the construction and engineering teams. This position is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship.\nOur Team\nThis role will be part of largerProject Controls and Scheduling teamwhich is part of the Project and Construction Management organization and supports all DEPCOM Project and Services solutions.\nWhat You Will Do\nPartner with business development and execution teams on the coordination and scheduling of multiple Utility Scale PV Solar, Battery Storage, and Repowering projects.\nUtilize scheduling software to track future projects, personnel, equipment, and overall company demand.\nWork with projectexecution team to optimizethe project execution plan to minimize risk.\nCollaborate with the business development team and external customers to provide schedules that meet the goals of both parties and act as an internal subject matter expert in schedule-related contract negotiations.\nPerform contractor schedule and recovery plan reviews.\n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nExperience with Microsoft Suite products\nUnderstanding of scheduling best practices\nExperience with scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera P6\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience in Utility Scale Solar or Energy Storage industries\nScheduling experience in a constructionindustry\nFor this role, we anticipate paying $93,000 - $120,000 per year.
