You will also collaborate closely with the technical team within the department to ensure effective implementation of technology solutions.\nWhat You Will Do\nPartner with site leaders to understand business needs and drive digital strategies.\nCollaborate with technical teams to develop and implement effective technology solutions.\nLead business process analysis and re-engineering efforts as part of digital transformation\nCreate and maintain project artifacts such as user stories, process maps, and workflows that accommodate global business practices\nCollaborate with global stakeholders to align the solution with business objectives \nEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend implementation strategies.\nUse data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.\nPromote innovation through design thinking, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement.\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nBachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related fields.\n5+years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on global digital transformation projects\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex, cross-border challenges\nOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures\nFamiliarity with data analysis tools and techniques\nExperience in requirements gathering techniques and documentation for diverse international stakeholders\nDemonstrated success in managing global system rollouts and implementations\nExcellency in English speaking and writing\nWhat will Put You Ahead\nFluent in English \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nExperience managing digital transformation projects\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
