This role focuses on improving product quality, increasing manufacturing efficiency, and driving continuous process improvement.\n\nOur Team\nYou will join a team responsible for developing and maintaining testing processes for products used in modern networking infrastructure and hyperscale data centres. The team works closely with quality, production, maintenance, and product development teams to ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nReduce geometry-related defects by maintaining stable critical test equipment parameters in production.\nImprove and stabilise First Pass Yield performance while reducing defects related to contamination, scratches, and chips.\nImprove manufacturing capability by reducing test station downtime, retests, and workstation configuration errors.\nReduce scrap and rework through identification and elimination of dominant defect causes.\nDiagnose measurement systems and maintain result consistency across workstations and manufacturing sites.\nReduce quality risks associated with expired calibrations or worn test equipment.\nIncrease throughput by reducing test times, retests, and inspection costs.\nAnalyse process and quality data and recommend improvement actions.\nCollaborate with quality, manufacturing, maintenance, and product development teams.\n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nBachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.\nKnowledge of product testing methods and process validation.\nStrong analytical and data interpretation skills.\nKnowledge of SPC, MSA, and Cp/Cpk methodologies.\nAbility to work with technical documentation.\nKnowledge of problem-solving methodologies such as 5 Why, Ishikawa, and 8D.\nAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.\nStrong Polish language skills enabling effective communication within the manufacturing environment.\nEnglish proficiency at a minimum B2 level, allowing effective work with technical documentation and collaboration with international teams.\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nAcademic background in Electronics, Automation & Robotics, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, Technical Physics, Manufacturing Engineering, Technical Informatics, or Optics/Photonics.\nExperience with measurement systems and product testing.\nKnowledge of process validation and test system qualification methodologies.\nExperience working in a high-quality manufacturing environment.\nWhat We Offer\nComprehensive medical care to support your health and well-being.\nGroup insurance with a significant portion covered by the employer.\nSubsidised Medicover Sport card to help you stay active.\nEmployee benefits through the Company Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS).\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
