Our team partners closely with manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, engineering, product management, and commercial teams across North America, Europe, and Asia to ensure customers receive high-quality products when and where they need them. As a Supply Planner, you will play a key role in balancing demand, capacity, inventory, and supply across a complex global manufacturing network while helping drive operational excellence and business growth.\n\nWhat You Will Do\n\nSupport the Sales & Operations Planning process by providing supply, inventory, and capacity analysis.\nCollaborate with Sales and Product Management teams to align demand forecasts with supply plans.\nCoordinate with all MFG plants (China, Vietnam, Mexico, Poland, USA...), Global SCM team, Sales, and Logistics to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements \nParticipate in cross-functional meetings to align plans and resolve operational issues \nPerform capacity planning and identify bottlenecks across manufacturing sites to support business growth.\nIdentify risks related to capacity, materials, or delivery and proactively communicate and escalate when needed \nSupport schedule changes, order rescheduling, and priority adjustments based on business needs \nTrack key planning KPIs such as on-time delivery, plan adherence, and inventory turnover \nAnalyze demand, supply, and inventory data to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages or excess inventory \n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\n\nBachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis or other technical disciplines\n8+ years experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, Materials Planning, or Operations Planning\nExperience working in a global manufacturing environment and collaborating across multiple regions and time zones\nExperience presenting supply plans, operations risks, or planning recommendations to stakeholders\nExperience in Microsoft Excel for analysis, reporting and planning activities\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\n\nAdvanced SAP planning knowledge, including MRP and supply planning processes.\nExperience supporting global supply chains across multiple manufacturing locations.\nExperience with supply chain analytics and inventory optimization.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and make data-driven decisions\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nThis position is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship.\nFor this role, we anticipate paying $100,000 - $150,000 per year.
