The person in this position is responsible for proper documentation management, coordination of goods flow, and operational and system support for warehouse activities. A key task is to ensure compliance of warehouse operations with the applicable procedures, quality standards, and client requirements.\nWhat You Will Do\nIssuing and controlling warehouse documents\nEntering data into the warehouse system \nArchiving documents according to company procedures \nMonitoring stock levels and reporting shortages\nParticipating in cycle and annual inventory counts\nOverseeing proper labeling and placement of goods\nVerifying the compliance of deliveries with documentation\nCreating reports and analyses for the logistics/warehouse department\nCooperating with the logistics, purchasing, production, and customer service departments regarding the receipt and dispatch of goods\nPromoting and applying in practice PBM rules. \nSegregating wastes systematically, minimizing the use of materials. \nCompliance with the health, safety and fire regulation, procedures and instructions and follow the instructions of Security Officers to maintain safety and order on the premises of the Plant. \n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nSecondary education or student status in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.\nBasic knowledge of English (minimum A2 level).\nValid forklift operator certificate.\nExperience working with SAP, particularly in goods receipt and shipping processes.\nAbility to work independently while adhering to health and safety regulations.\nAbility to work effectively under time pressure and meet deadlines.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
