We value creative thinking, disciplined execution, problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nWhat You Will Do\n Apply software expertise and entrepreneurial thinking to solve business challenges across design, manufacturing, testing, and verification.\n Design, develop, modify, and maintain Python software modules for product testing and qualification throughout product development and manufacturing.\n Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and signal integrity engineers to create software solutions for testing high-speed and low-speed electrical performance.\n Build and enhance desktop software (Python) to optimize and expand capabilities in global manufacturing centers.\n Support and enhance software used with laboratory and production test equipment, including systems related to TDR, VNA, PNA, and Signal Integrity measurements. \nAnalyse test data using Python and Microsoft Excel, generate reports, identify trends, and implement software improvements based on findings.\n Partner with engineering teams to develop tools that improve the design process and engineering efficiency, focusing on feature implementation, configuration, and application development.\n Continuously learn and adopt new technologies to keep software skills current.\n Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and unit testing to improve software reliability and performance.\n Analyze test results, prepare reports, and implement necessary software modifications.\n Document software solutions and share knowledge internally with other engineers.\n Demonstrate proficiency in Python development and standard software verification and validation techniques.\n Explore and contribute to new concepts and innovative solutions.\n Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)\n Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or Electronics/ Computer Sc/System Engineering.\n 2-4 years of experience working with Python-based desktop applications.\n Minimum 1+ years of practical software development experience in Python with demonstrated ability to design and build tools and applications that support testing and validation workflows.\n Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.\nGood understanding of electrical and electronic principles, signal analysis, and test methodologies.\nKnowledge of software testing practices, test automation, and unit testing frameworks such as PyTest and unittest.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills demonstrate the ability to express complex technical concepts clearly and concisely with global teams.\nStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify solutions, evaluate outcomes, and apply software design principles to develop effective and maintainable applications.\nHigh proficiency using analytical tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and others as required.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\n·Exposure to electrical interconnects, manufacturing processes, and test technologies such as TDR (Time Domain Reflectometry), PNA (Performance Network Analyzer), and VNA (Vector Network Analyzer).\n Experience with scientific Python libraries and tools like NumPy, Pandas, and Anaconda.\n Proven ability to develop reusable software libraries, APIs, and frameworks designed for use by other engineers and testers.\n ·Exposure to CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
