manufacturing operations, accelerate issue resolution, and drive the adoption of digital manufacturing solutions.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead local software operations and provide technical support for manufacturing and production systems.\nCoordinate local software engineers and collaborate with global software teams.\nManage production incidents and troubleshoot software issues to minimize manufacturing downtime.\nSupport development, deployment, validation, and stabilization of software solutions.\nPartner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Operations to identify and deliver improvement opportunities.\nDrive digital manufacturing initiatives, including traceability, automation, analytics, and operational reporting.\nDevelop local software capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.\nWho You Are\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Engineering, or a related field.\n6+ years of experience in software engineering, manufacturing systems, or industrial software.\n2+ years of leadership, supervisory, technical lead, or project lead experience.\nExperience supporting business-critical production applications in manufacturing or operational environments.\nHands-on experience with Python and databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.\nStrong knowledge of software development, testing, deployment,
