In this role, you will collaborate with global stakeholders to manage master data, sourcing, supplier onboarding and purchasing activities, while removing operational barriers and supporting material availability and plant readiness.\nOur Team\nYou will be part of a collaborative, cross-functional environment, partnering with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, internal business teams and suppliers. This role offers the opportunity to coordinate global stakeholders, solve complex operational challenges and develop repeatable solutions that improve efficiency and reduce rework.\nWhat You Will Do\nCreate and maintain Purchasing Info Records (PIRs).\nResolve incomplete plant data and coordinate part-number extensions.\nIdentify potential suppliers and lead Request for Quotation (RFQ) activities.\nGather technical requirements and coordinate inquiries among Engineering, QPM, internal teams and suppliers.\nManage vendor-code creation and monitor approval processes.\nIdentify, escalate and resolve supplier-onboarding barriers.\nAnalyze metal-price fluctuations to evaluate and compare RFQs, when applicable.\nResolve issues involving supplier records, Incoterms, transit times and documentation.\nSupport purchase-order creation and related system access.\nTrack stakeholder requests, priorities, risks and progress.\nDevelop repeatable solutions that reduce rework and improve operational efficiency.\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.\nFluent English communication skills.\nWorking knowledge of SAP procurement modules, including Materials Management (MM), Purchasing and Vendor Management.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.\nStrong analytical skills, with experience interpreting and managing large datasets.\nExperience preparing management reports and executive-level presentations.\nStrong written, verbal and stakeholder-management skills. \nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management or supplier management.\nExperience coordinating global stakeholders and suppliers.\nKnowledge of master data, sourcing, purchasing and supplier-onboarding processes.\nDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional activities without direct authority.\nStrong ownership, organization, prioritization and follow-through.\nContinuous-improvement mindset and experience developing solutions that reduce operational rework. \nWho We Are\nAs a Koch company, Molex is a leading supplier of connectors and interconnect components, driving innovation in electronics and supporting industries ranging from automotive and healthcare to consumer products and data communications.
