主要工作职责\n ·负责对接供应链团队，接收并澄清器件停产、交期、成本、质量或供应风险驱动的替代验证需求，明确优先级、范围、目标和交付时间。\n ·领导电子器件替代验证工作，组织原器件与替代器件的规格、封装、引脚、额定值、关键电气参数、时序、温度等级、可靠性及应用条件对比。\n ·协调并获取研发硬件工程师支持，推动从电路应用、设计裕量、兼容性和潜在失效模式等方面评估替代方案的技术可行性与风险。\n ·基于Datasheet、原理图、BOM、历史测试数据及实际使用场景，制定验证策略，起草完整的验证测试Case、接受准则和边界条件。\n ·组织测试方案评审，协调研发、测试、供应链、质量及相关项目团队完成风险识别、测试范围确认和资源对齐。\n ·带领测试工程师搭建测试环境并执行器件级、板级及系统级验证，确保测试过程规范、数据完整、问题可复现、结果可追溯。\n ·跟踪并推动测试异常分析，调用研发硬件、供应商或质量资源完成问题定位、补充验证和风险关闭。\n ·编制并审核测试报告，清晰记录测试条件、设备、样品、方法、数据、异常、偏差和结论，提出可导入、条件导入或不建议导入的明确建议。\n ·组织验证结果评审，推动结论获得相关方认可，并确保器件替代记录、测试Case、原始数据、报告及评审结论完整归档。\n ·持续优化器件替代验证流程、标准模板、测试方法和经验库，提升验证效率、覆盖度及跨项目复用能力。\n 任职资格\n ·电气工程、电子信息工程、自动化、通信工程、仪器仪表或其他电学相关专业，全日制本科及以上学历，原“211工程”院校背景。\n ·10年以上电子硬件、硬件测试、产品验证或器件工程相关工作经验，具备独立领导复杂验证项目的能力。\n ·熟悉常见电子器件的基本原理、关键参数及典型应用，包括但不限于电源器件、模拟器件、数字器件、存储器、接口器件、处理器及无源器件。\n ·具备扎实的Datasheet阅读和分析能力，能够识别器件间关键差异、参数边界、应用限制及潜在风险。\n ·熟悉硬件测试方法及常用测试设备，例如示波器、万用表、电子负载、可编程电源、信号发生器、逻辑分析仪及温箱等。\n ·具备测试方案与测试Case设计能力，能够定义测试条件、覆盖范围、极限场景、判定标准和数据记录要求。\n ·具备良好的问题分析、技术判断和跨团队推动能力，能够在供应链、研发、测试、质量和供应商之间建立有效协同。\n ·具备良好的中英文技术文档能力，能够撰写结构清晰、结论明确、经得起评审的测试方案和测试报告。\n 优先条件\n ·具有硬件工程师实际设计经验，参与过原理图设计、器件选型、板级调试或硬件问题定位者优先。\n ·有器件替代、Second Source、国产化替代、PCN/EOL应对或供应链风险管理经验者优先。\n ·熟悉可靠性、环境、兼容性、EMC或信号完整性测试者优先。\n
