Your Job
Form program team, lead team to develop new product to meet or exceed customer expectations. Responsible for program schedule, budget, quality. Risk assessment and escalation management for program success.

What You Will Do
1.
Lead team formation and clarify core team members and responsibility roles.
2.
Develop the project plan based on the project goals and be responsible for the implementation and management of the project plan.
3.
Conduct risk identification for the schedule of each critical task, and organize the team to discuss how to eliminate the risk for high-risk items.

Responsible for following up the product design output, following up the preparation of materials, equipment, fixtures, etc., coordinating the resources of various departments to ensure that the design output, materials, equipment, fixtures, etc. are in place on time.

Responsible for organizing and coordinating resources (people, equipment, materials, fixtures, etc.) to complete the production and design verification of R&D samples on schedule.

Conduct routine program review with status and schedule update for management team review.
7.
Conduct product life cycle gate reviews, approval and enforce the action items.
8.
Coordinate cross functional team to achieve program objectives.
9.
Escalate to management for critical risk management and conflict resolutions.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degreeor abovein Optoelectronics, Electronics engineering or Telecommunications etc.
- 5+ years experiences on new product programmanagement in electronics, communication, automation product etc.
- Experience on electronics, communication, or automation
- product design or engineering.
- Be familiar with new product development flow and
- product life cycle management.
- Experience on cost and supplier management.
- Experience of working in matrix teams and strong communication skills.
Excellent summary and presentation skills in Chinese and English
