In this rolethe successful candidate will be part of a world-class operationsteam, contributing to product demand, supply, planning, forthe next generation of optical connectivity.\nWhat You Will Do\nSupport the Sales & Operations Planning process by providing supply, inventory, and capacity analysis.\n\nCollaborate with Sales and Product Management teams to align demand forecasts with supply plans.\n\nCoordinate with Global SCM team, Sales, and Logistics to ensure timelyfulfillment of customer requirements\n\nParticipate in cross-functional meetings to align plans and resolve operational issues\n\nPerform capacity planning and identifybottlenecks across manufacturing sites to support business growth.\n\nIdentifyrisks related to capacity, materials, or delivery and proactively communicate and escalate when needed\n\nSupport schedule changes, order rescheduling, and priority adjustments based on business needs\n\nTrack key planning KPIs such as on-time delivery, plan adherence, and inventory turnover\n\nAnalyze demand, supply, and inventory data to optimizestock levels and minimize shortages or excess inventory\n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nBachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Industrial Supply ChainManagement, Data analysisor other technical disciplines\n\n8-year+experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, Materials Planning, or Operations Planning.\n\nExperience working in a global manufacturing environment and collaborating across multiple regions and time zones\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and make data-driven decisions\n\nStrong leadership, communicationand interpersonal skills\n\nGood coordination and cross-functional collaboration ability\n\nDetail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks\n\nWhat will put you ahead\nAdvanced SAP planning knowledge, including MRP and supply planning processes.\n\nAdvanced proficiencyin Exceland other data analysistools.\n\nExperience with supply chain analytics and inventory optimization.\n\nFluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.\n\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
