This role is responsible for warehouse team management, operational performance, KPI achievement, 3PL coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives to support customer satisfaction and business objectives.\nOur Team\nThis position is part of the Taiwan Supply Chain organization and works closely with Customer Service, Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, Transportation, and external 3PL warehouse providers. The Warehouse Supervisor will lead warehouse personnel and drive operational excellence across receiving, storage, inventory control, shipping, and distribution activities.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and material flow.\nManage and develop warehouse team members, including work assignments, training, and SOP compliance.\nEnsure inventory accuracy through cycle counting, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.\nMonitor warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, on-time shipment, productivity, and quality.\nManage 3PL providers and coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.\nDrive continuous improvement, warehouse automation, and process/system enhancement initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with safety requirements, company policies, and import/export procedures.\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.\n5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory/team leadership role.\nExperience in 3PL management, dropship, and import/export operations.\nFamiliar with warehouse KPI management, inventory control, cycle count, and shipping processes.\nERP experience; SAP / WMS experience preferred.\nProficient in Excel; Power BI or other digital tools is a plus.\nGood English communication skills, TOEIC 700+ or equivalent.\nStrong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience in multinational manufacturing or electronics industries.\nExperience with SAP WM/EWM or other Warehouse Management Systems.\nKnowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Power BI, Power Automate, AI, or warehouse automation solutions.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
