The Systems Analyst will be part of a multi-discipline team that supports the lifecycle of INVISTA’s global operations and laboratory applications. To support onboarding and integration with the team, new team members will initially work on-site full time for several months before transitioning to a hybrid schedule. This position participates in a shared on-call rotation for critical operations systems and includes up to 10% travel to INVISTA sites for support, deployments, and collaboration with local teams.\nWhat You Will Do\nProvide application support across the lifecycle, driving enhancements, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis, along with incident response, to keep business-critical systems reliable and available\nMonitor system health and performance, and help meet availability and reliability targets for production systems\nTroubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical and process issues, including those that originate outside the application layer, such as connectivity, certificates, or infrastructure, and contribute to documented best practices that make the team stronger\nDeploy and manage changes to the environment, such as new components, configurations, and releases, and monitor and maintain the integrations that move data between systems\nCoordinate with infrastructure, network, database, and security teams to implement patches and upgrades, and keep users informed about activities, status, timelines, and issues\nWork with sites across multiple regions and time zones, partnering with local lab and operations teams to understand needs and prioritize work\nResolve complex issues that require significant independent judgment and collaboration across multiple teams, such as operational technology (OT), architecture, engineering, project teams, and site operators\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nExperience supporting, deploying, or managing software applications in an enterprise environment\nExperience diagnosing and resolving production issues in enterprise applications, including identifying root cause when the issue spans multiple systems or teams\nExperience gathering requirements and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver iterative improvements\nExperience providing status updates or documentation to both technical and non-technical audiences (for example, incident communications, change notices, or project status reports)\nThis role is not eligible for visa sponsorship\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience with industrial, manufacturing, or laboratory applications such as SampleManager (LIMS), AVEVA PI, Seeq, Aspen/IP21, Chromeleon, or AVEVA MES\nExperience deploying and maintaining integrations between applications\nFamiliarity with the infrastructure behind applications, such as Windows OS troubleshooting (Event Viewer, services), certificate and firewall issues, and network connectivity\nFamiliarity with cloud hosting and architecture, APIs, and data formats (such as REST and JSON), and with SQL or scripting used to analyze data and support integrations (such as Python, C#, or .NET)\nExperience supporting users across multiple sites or time zones\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
