We manage telecom provisioning, expense management, carrier relationships, contracts, and service optimization to help businesses stay connected and focused on creating value.\nAs telecom services continue to evolve, we are building new capabilities in automation, data, and process improvement while maintainingdeep expertisein telecom operations and vendor management.\nWhat You Will Do\nPartner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend solutions that create value\nManage telecomInternet provisioningactivities including moves, adds, changes, disconnects, and service migrations\nCoordinate with carriers and vendors to obtain quotes, order services, and resolve operational issues\nReview and audit telecom invoices to ensure billing accuracy and adherence to contracted rates\nMaintain telecom inventory records, service documentation, and contract information\nManage Telecom Expense Management (TEM) projects and identifyopportunities for cost optimization\nIdentifyand implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, data quality, and operational effectiveness\n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nExperience investigating global site connectivity requirements, engaging carriers and local site contacts to assess service availability, and partnering with Network Solution Architects to design and ordering internet circuits for SD-WAN deployments.\nExperience supporting telecom provisioning, telecom expense management, inventory management, contract administration, or invoice auditing\nExperience working and communicating withstakeholders, compliance, vendors, service providersor telecom carriers\nExperience reviewing invoices, contracts, inventories, or documentationwith an attention to detail \nExperience managing multiple priorities, projects, or service requests simultaneously\nExperience seeking opportunities to improve process and challenging assumptionto create more value.\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience supporting telecom operations, provisioning, or Telecom Expense Management (TEM)\nKnowledge of voice, internet, wireless, data networking, and related telecom services\nExperience with vendor, contract, or inventory management\nExperience using reporting, workflow automation, or process improvement tools\nDemonstrated ability to identifytrends, solve problems, and influence outcomes across stakeholders\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
