In this role, you will coordinate inventory movements, collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and help ensure inventory accuracy to support uninterrupted production operations.\nOur Team\nYou will join the Supply Chain and Warehouse Operations team, working closely with production, inventory control, logistics providers, and cross-functional partners. Our team is committed to maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring timely material availability, and driving operational excellence across the business.\nWhat You Will Do\nCoordinate inbound and outbound inventory movements between Molex and external 3PL warehouses to ensure timely and accurate material transfers.\nServe as the primary point of contact between warehouse operations, transportation providers, production teams, and 3PL partners to facilitate smooth inventory flow.\nMonitor shipment status, investigate discrepancies, and promptly address inventory and delivery-related inquiries from internal stakeholders.\nMaintain accurate inventory records and ensure transactions are updated correctly in SAP and other inventory management systems.\nSupport inventory control activities, including cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and inventory accuracy improvement initiatives.\nWork collaboratively with production and planning teams to ensure timely material availability and minimize operational disruptions.\nCoordinate with logistics providers to resolve delivery, storage, and inventory-related issues in a timely manner.\nGenerate and maintain inventory and warehouse reports to support operational tracking and decision-making.\nFollow established warehouse procedures, inventory control practices, and safety requirements.\nPerform other duties as assigned by management.\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nSecondary, GCE \"O\" Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations.\nWorking knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse operations.\nExperience using SAP or other ERP/inventory management systems.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.\nStrong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nWhat Will Put You AheadExperience in a manufacturing or electronics production environment.\nExperience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.\nHands-on experience operating pallet jacks or electric pallet jacks.\nKnowledge of inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, and warehouse process improvement initiatives.\nExperience supporting material flow for production operations.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
