and control warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient and accurate material flow, inventory management and delivery performance while meeting customer requirements and Molex standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and supervise the warehouse team to ensure daily operations run safely and efficiently.\nMonitor and achieve warehouse KPIs, including inventory accuracy, delivery performance, productivity and operational goals.\nOversee receiving, storage, material issuance, packing and shipping activities.\nEnsure accurate warehouse transactions and inventory control through SAP/ERP and barcode systems.\nCoordinate cycle counts, physical stock-taking activities and warehouse reporting.\nDevelop, implement and maintain warehouse procedures, processes and work instructions to improve resource utilization and operating efficiency.\nMaintain warehouse facilities and equipment, including forklifts, barcode systems and related tools, to ensure operational availability.\nDrive continuous improvement through Kaizen, 6S and other operational excellence practices.\nTrain, coach and develop team members, and conduct performance evaluations.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, applicable laws, quality standards, ISO requirements, EHS, RBA and social responsibility requirements.\nSupport new product transfers, testing activities and new product development projects within the department.\nPerform other related duties as assigned by management.\n\nQualifications and Experience\nCollege degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.\nPrevious experience leading or supervising a warehouse team.\nStrong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, material flow and manufacturing processes.\nHands-on experience with SAP or another ERP system for warehouse transactions and inventory control.\nGood understanding of ISO, CSR, RBA and environmental, health and safety requirements.\nAbility to develop warehouse procedures, work instructions and process improvements.\nStrong leadership, planning, problem-solving, coaching and team-management skills.\nGood written and spoken English.\nKnowledge of Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies is an
