Our collaborative environment providessignificant opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead and develop a team of weldersand fabrication personnel through coaching, mentoring, training, and performance management.\nDrive a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement within the welding department.\nCoordinate daily welding and fabrication activities to meet production schedules, customer commitments, and engineering requirements.\nPartner closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to resolve production challenges and support successful project execution.\nMonitor welding operations to ensure compliance with weldprocedures, engineering drawings, quality standards, and customer specifications.\nSupport execution of engineering changes, custom builds, and one-off manufacturing projects in an Engineer-to-Order environment.\nAnalyze department performance metrics including safety, productivity, quality, rework, schedule attainment, and labor utilization.\nIdentifyand eliminatebottlenecks affecting throughput, quality, and delivery performance.\nSupport root cause analysis and corrective actions related to weld defects, quality concerns, and production interruptions.\nAssistin workforce planning, staffing, skill development, cross-training, and succession planning for welding personnel.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, productivity, and employee capability development.\nEnsure proper maintenance and utilizationof welding equipment, fixtures, and department resources.\nThe Experience You Will Bring\nRequirements (Basic Qualifications):\nExperience leading, coaching, and developing manufacturing employees.\nExperience supervising welding, fabrication, or metal fabrication operations.\nKnowledge of MIG welding processes and weldingbest practices.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols.\nExperience with production scheduling, manpowerplanning, and prioritization of multiple projects.\nExperience driving safety and quality performance in a manufacturing environment.\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and quality.\nIndustrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical education.\nConversational English and Spanish.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience in Engineer-to-Order (ETO), high-mix/low-volume manufacturing environments.\nAWS, ASME, or equivalent welding certifications.\nExperience supporting custom-engineered equipment manufacturing.\nExperience conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.\nExperience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.\nExperience partnering with engineering teams to resolve design-to-build challenges.\nValid VISA and Passport.\nAutomation.
