This may include instrumentation, pneumatics, hydraulics, controls and a wide range of electrical components.\nAbility to calibrate process control instruments to tight tolerances using ISO certified calibration equipment.\nAbility to grow to a high level of expertise to effectively troubleshoot and repair equipment.\nMechanical, piping, HVAC equipment and controls a plus.\nMaintenance of motors, breakers, starters, variable speed drives, process controls devices, heat tracing, lighting, etc. a plus\nCalibrate, align and adjust circuit components using test and measurement equipment.\nInstallation of conduit, wiring, switches, relays, lighting, circuit breakers using power tools and hand tools.\nInstall upgrades to enhance or replace outdated systems.\nExecute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.\nData entry and report writing including ISO documentation.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office and maintenance software tools.\nAbility to change based on priorities\nRequirements:\nDependable, maintain good attendance\nMaintain a clean work area and operate in a safe manner at all times.\nDetail orientated Team Player\nStrong electrical and/or instrumentation training/experience\nProficient in Math functions\nEffective analytical troubleshooting skills\nAble to read electrical, instrument and machine drawings\nAble to read/modify PLC programs to troubleshoot equipment problems a plus.\nUnderstanding of electrical codes for hazardous environments a plus.\nAbility to work effectively with minimal supervision\nPlace safety and environment as top priority in all work\nKnowledge of Lock Out / Tag Out\nEffective communication skills -
