This role partners closely with Demand & Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Materials Planning, Sales Operations, Customer Service, and Logistics to ensure product availability while balancing customer service, inventory, and manufacturing efficiency.\nThis is an onsite role in Rochester, New York.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain finished-goods production plans based on customer orders, forecasts, inventory levels, material availability, and manufacturing capacity.\nTranslate demand into weekly production requirements and communicate priorities to Manufacturing.\nMonitor customer orders, inventory, capacity, and supply constraints to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.\nEstablish and maintain reorder points, safety stocks, lead times, and other inventory planning parameters.\nPartner with Materials/Parts Planners to ensure components and upstream materials are available to support production requirements.\nDevelop a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, work centers, capacities, lead times, and constraints to create realistic and executable plans.\nWork with Sales and Regional Planning to minimize excess and slow-moving inventory while maintaining customer service.\nSupport new product introductions by establishing item master data and appropriate planning parameters in SAP.\nAnalyze planning and execution issues, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement.\nCommunicate supply, inventory, capacity, and customer-service risks across the organization.\nQualifications:\n1-5 years of experience in production planning, supply chain planning, materials planning, or manufacturing operations.\nExperience with ERP/MRP systems;
