These individuals will work day shifts and support the Specialty Chemicals Inks and Dispersions Manufacturing organization within the Industrial Films and Chemicals division at Eastman Business Park. One will support a 24/7 production schedule, and the second will support a 24/4 production schedule. Both need to support off-hours and weekend issues that may arise.\nPrimary activities/responsibilities to include:\nSupervise a team of ~ 40 skilled trades employees\nWork with local planners/schedulers to balance skilled trades resources to execute troubleshooting, PM’s, and improvement efforts\nPrioritize and drive productivity across the flow\nLead skilled trades team in adhering to company and OSHA safety practices\nImplement and comply with all company Safety Programs\nUse of lockout/ tagout procedures\nOversee Electrical safety audits\nPerform payroll approvals\nPerformance development and annual appraisals\nLead performance counseling as necessary\nOversee development activities for apprentices including Bluebook management\nLocal building management support and contact with external vendors/resource providers as needed\nLead hiring and on-boarding process\nWork with other Maintenance supervisors within Kodak for shared resource needs\nOversight of project activities:\nSpare parts management\nOrganizing workspace and cleanup\nWorkforce efficiency - planning and execution\nTraining and Mentoring\nWorkforce skills depth analysis and succession planning\nRequired Skills/Experience:\nMust have familiarity with skilled trades across multiple disciplines including pipe, machinist, electrical, and instrumentation.\nPrevious experience managing skilled trades teams of up to 40-50 employees.\nPrior leadership experience of people, either as group leaders, supervisors, or multiple project management activities.\nAbility to physically investigate and inspect areas that would include ladders, multiple steps, enclosed areas, including areas with limited lighting.\nStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.\nEOE Policy Statement:\nAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.\nEstimated Salary: $90,000 -
