Work with carriers, customer service and warehouse teams to resolve day-to-day operational issues and concerns.\nThis is a hybrid role, requiring some weekly work onsite in Rochester NY.\nResponsibilities:\nOperational Items\nUse root cause analysis to evaluate delays, errors and concern with carriers\nProvide Quotes and Transit time as needed for various business units in support of project analysis\nReview discrepancy deliveries and resolve with carriers.\nLiaise with Carriers on operational challenges\nMonitor carrier performance\nDiscover cost saving opportunities\nCarrier Claims\nSupport Customer Service Interactions\nWork with carriers to resolve COS issues to include:\nTracking / tracing\nMissing Freight\nSpecial intercepts\nPlan Customer pickups (Quality, Carrier damage, new installations)\nContact / confirm product ready for P/U\nSelect the best mode and carrier for return\nComplete the Kodak return tracking process\nCarrier returns\nProvide carriers with direction upon refusal of freight\nIncludes Disp/ RA/ return to location\nOther:\nBackup various department functions\nSupport and coverage for other Team members during Vacation time\nRun Reports as required for support of Business units\nWork with Purchasing and Planners on urgent inbound/outbound shipments that require intervention with carriers to ensure timely delivery\nPreferred Education Level:\nHighschool diploma or equivalent is required.
