We are searching for a Client Services Manager to own and support a complex enterprise client within our metasearch Client Services team.\nAs a Client Services Manager, you will manage the day-to-day execution, performance, and client relationship for a large travel brand while continuing to develop enterprise-level strategic and leadership skills. This role requires strong analytical thinking, clear client communication, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. While this role owns client delivery and execution, it operates within a more defined scope and complexity than an Account Director role and is designed for someone ready to grow into broader ownership.\nThe Client Services Manager leads Account Leads and Digital Marketing Analysts, ensuring prioritization, quality execution, and consistent progress against client goals. This role partners closely with senior internal stakeholders and publishing partners and contributes to client growth, automation initiatives, and team culture.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the day-to-day client relationship and be accountable for execution, performance, and delivery\nManage a complex enterprise account with defined scope and support, building toward broader strategic ownership\nDefine and communicate client strategy in partnership with internal leadership, translating goals into execution plans\nDrive performance and incremental growth through testing, optimization, and use of automation\nLead client calls and written communication, providing clear insights and recommendations grounded in data\nOversee the development and delivery of quarterly business reviews, including increasing ownership and complexity\nPrior experience managing or mentoring team members, either formally or informally\nWorking knowledge of enterprise digital marketing programs, including metasearch, paid search, and display\nStrong understanding of the travel industry, including online travel agencies and hotel brands\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into insights and recommendations\nClear and confident written and verbal communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders\nComfort operating with accountability while continuing to develop strategic and leadership depth\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in both independent and team
