Get started today at Koddi Academy.\nJob Summary \nWe are seeking an Engineering Team Lead to join our Fort Worth, Texas headquarters and help lead the growth and development of our engineering team. As an integral part of the engineering team, you will collaborate with an expansive network of global technology partners, making it possible for advertisers to reach consumers around the world for travel booking, online retail shopping and more. The right candidates for this position are self-motivated problem solvers who can lead technical projects from design, implementation, deployment, and monitoring. Unlike larger companies where you can get lost in the shuffle, engineers have an opportunity to make an impact by solving mission critical business challenges through creative coding, real time modeling, and strategic thinking. \nWhat You'll Do\nLead the design and implementation of scalable architectural solutions that enable faster, more consistent onboarding of clients and Koddi partners\nAdvance our software development practices with a strong emphasis on CI/CD automation, testing, and deployment reliability\nReduce dependence on custom development by building configuration-driven, reusable frameworks and enablement patterns\nPartner closely with engineering leadership to identify technical bottlenecks and drive long-term platform and architectural improvements\nServe as a technical mentor, elevating engineering standards, code quality, and best practices across the team\nCollaborate cross-functionally to deliver solutions that align with business needs while remaining maintainable and extensible\nDesign and develop tools and shared libraries that expand automation capabilities and improve developer productivity\nActively participate in technical discussions and decision-making, contributing ideas and perspectives that shape our engineering direction\nWhat You'll Bring\nMinimum of 8+ years of experience building enterprise-scale applications\nA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, with \nStrong engineering fundamentals with a deep understanding of software design principles and best practices\nStrong coding fundamentals with experience in object-oriented languages, with a preference for Java or C#.\nExperience working with both relational and non-relational data stores, including SQL Server and Redis\nHands-on experience running and supporting large-scale applications in AWS and/or Azure\nStrong background in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and modern development workflows\nProven ability to create architectural patterns that prioritize reuse, configurability, and ease of onboarding\nDemonstrated experience reducing technical complexity and development effort through thoughtful system design\nStrong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical direction\nExperience mentoring and supporting the growth of other engineers\nA pragmatic mindset that balances speed, quality, and long-term maintainability\n* This role is based out of our Fort Worth, Texas headquarters.
